Select a separate brush that picks up and delivers paint well, and paint. A couple of moves and it's done. And if you emphasize potalya or yucca flakes, you get a deep aquarium effect. 
* the main thing is not to collect too much water / or let it dry well.

Overlap with a top of a thicker consistency, or two layers of liquid.
